Owners of law practice in Georgia practicing civil and criminal
matters in federal and state courts.

Why do we incorporate or form LLCs?
Because it creates a legal separation
at law between the business owner
and the business itself. The business
becomes it own legal "person."
Practical application: if a client is
unhappy with your services and files a
lawsuit, without proof of fraud, a
judgment from the lawsuit will only
reach the assets of the corporation not
the personal assets of the owners.
